4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time and provide a safe working environment. Any hazards, sensitive equipment, or special instructions must be communicated in advance. HSI Cleaning is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe so we can address and resolve the issue appropriately.

6. Liability

HSI Cleaning is fully insured and takes reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from improper maintenance or undisclosed risks within the premises.

7. Health & Safety Compliance

Our team follows industry standards and safety regulations, including OSHA and local compliance requirements where applicable. Clients must also adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for all parties.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or service charges, depending on the agreement in place.
